I have designed and produced a ‘Plug and Play’, easy to install replica cap assembly that accurately represents the Bosch FH8 magneto originally fitted to the Bugatti Type 35. This uses the existing Pursang distributor, but replaces the cap and rotor. The assembly is mounted using an authentic looking Aluminium body. All additional parts, such as the thumb screws and steel clamping bracket are also included. The assembly is also supplied with an ‘aged’ appearance for added authenticity. No special tools or skills required in order to fit it.
